Here, you can find information about your booking, adjust your travel group, and book fun extras. To make your stay even more convenient, you can use the app to unlock the door of your accommodation. Additionally, you'll find all facilities and activities available. Finally, the app provides an overview of all the highlights in the area surrounding the park.
You don’t need to bring towels, 2 towels per person will be ready for you in the accommodation. Want to order extra towels? You can do so under 'extras' in your account.

Yes, all accommodations have Wi-Fi, and you can use it free of charge.
Unfortunately, that is not allowed. To ensure consistent quality, a cleaning fee is required for the accommodation.
Yes, the price includes final cleaning. This ensures quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
Yes, it is possible to have your accommodation cleaned during your stay. Day and time can be arranged in consultation. Price: from €250, including made-up beds and fresh towels.
Absolutely, no problem! We allow a maximum of two pets per accommodation. The surroundings are perfect for a nice walk with your pet. However, pets must be kept on a leash while in the park.
Please mention this in the comments section when making your booking, and we will take care of it. We have a number of holiday homes that are kept pet-free.
A deposit is required for all accommodations. You pay this amount together with the rental price. The deposit will be refunded to you within 7 working days if no damage is found after your departure from the accommodation.
Lost items are kept at our office for 3 months. If you’ve forgotten something, you can contact the park.
Please note that the living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor.
