What can I do with the Kooparc app?
With the app, the excitement for your stay begins even before you arrive. Simply log in using the same account details you use for the website.
In the app, you will find all the details of your booking, you can update your travel group and add extra services to make your stay even more enjoyable. To make everything even more convenient, you can use the app to open the door to your accommodation.
You will also find an overview of all facilities and activities, as well as highlights in the surrounding area of the park.

You don’t need to bring your own towels. Two towels per person will be ready for you in the accommodation. Would you like to order extra towels? You can easily do so under “extras” in your account.

Yes, all accommodations have Wi-Fi, and you can use it free of charge.

Lost and found items are kept at our office for 3 months. If you have forgotten something, you can contact the park.

A deposit applies to all accommodations. This amount is paid together with the rental price. You will receive the deposit back within 7 working days after your departure, provided no damage is found in the accommodation.

Unfortunately, cats are not allowed in our accommodations due to hygiene reasons.

Ja, het is mogelijk om je accomodatie tijdens je verblijf te laten schoonmaken. Dag en tijdstip in overleg. Prijs: vanaf €250, inclusief opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken.

Absolutely, no problem! We do have a maximum of two dogs per accommodation. The surroundings are perfect for a lovely walk with your pet. Pets must be kept on a leash within the park. Cats are not allowed.
Due to an allergy, I would prefer to stay in a holiday home where no pets have been allowed. Is that possible?

Could you please mention this in the comments section when making your booking? We will take care of it. We have a number of holiday homes that we keep pet-free.

Please note that the living room and kitchen are located on the first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor.
